Oleksandr Zinchenko secured Arsenal's 3-1 win over Burnley by adding a third goal after William Saliba had put the Gunners ahead of the Clarets.
Burnley manager Vincent Kompany shared a dressing room with the Ukrainian full-back for three years at Manchester City and had a little chat with him after the game.
The former Manchester City player revealed the Belgian's disbelief at the goal he scored to round off the Gunners' victory. "He said ‘Zinny, you never scored a goal since we’ve known each other and now you score against me, how can you explain it?"
"We chatted a bit. I’m always going to wish him the best. He’s an absolute legend and he gave me a lot of good things which are helping me now and will do in the future as well. He’s one of the best players I played with and is an amazing coach. I wish him all the best," he added.
