On Sunday, Barcelona Women met Sporting Huelva Women in the final of the Copa de la Reina at the Estadio Santo Domingo. Barca romped to a 6-1 victory before lifting the Copa.
Huelva got off to a horrible start after Emily Dolan turned the ball into her own net in the 25th minute. Following this, Pilar Leon made it 2-0 to Barca before the break. In the second half, Sandra Castello halved the deficit in the 62nd minute but that was the only positive for Huelva. After Castello's goal, Crnogorcevic, Pina, Martens, and Putellas all scored for Barcelona to win the game convincingly.
This season, Barcelona Women have won their fifth league title, as well as achieving the cup double. Take a look at how their most recent Copa win went in the video here!
