Vallejo absent from Madrid's training session

Centre-back Jesus Vallejo missed Real Madrid's second training session of the week in preparation for the game against Valladolid on Sunday (17:00) due to a muscle strain.

Physical problems for Real Madrid's current third centre-back, as Austrian David Alaba continues to recover from the anterior cruciate ligament injury to his left knee he suffered in December, which prevented him from training with the group.

Vallejo worked in the gym and joined the list of absentees completed by Frenchman Eduardo Camavinga, who suffered a sprained internal collateral ligament in his left knee on 13 August.
