Umar Sadiq joins Real Sociedad

Newcastle surprised the transfer market with the signing of Alexander Isak. The 'Magpies' paid a whopping 70 million euros to Real Sociedad to bolster their attacking midfield. The Swede took just one game to score his first Premier League goal.

That is why the Basque team have moved quickly in the last few days of the market in order to sign a top striker, who has now arrived. What was an open secret has now been officially confirmed and Umar Sadiq is a new player under Imanol Alguacil's orders.

The Almeria key player already arrived this morning in San Sebastian to pass the medical and sign his new contract. Now, both the Andalusian club and the Basque player have announced his arrival at the Reale Arena through their official channels.

Sadiq was key for Rubi last year in Segunda thanks to his 19 goals and nine assists. He also formed a lethal duo with Ramazani and his performances helped Almeria win direct promotion to La Liga.
