Trincao, Barca's surprise transfer target

Trincao is one of the standout players in Portugal's age group categories. At 20, he plays for Braga where he is an important member of the squad. 

Barcelona, as a result of the difficulty of finding a striker after the injury to Luis Suarez, could get the youngster, according to 'Sky Sport' journalist Gianluca di Marzio. However, he would not be the Uruguayan's substitute. 

Trincao is more suitable for Barca's transfer policy in the coming years. At 20, he could make a big step up from Braga to Barcelona. 

The market closes this Friday and Barcelona could make their mark by signing a footballer with a bright future who can play on either flank. 

If he arrived, Trincao would become Barcelona's second signing this winter. Barcelona got Matheus Pereira after a swap deal with Juventus for Alejandro Marques. 

The transfer window is closing soon and the Catalans are after a '9' to replace Suarez. The player who was closest to joining Barca was Rodrigo Moreno, but negotistions with Valencia failed. 

Since then, several names have been linked with Barcelona. Loren Moron who Barca would pay 30 million euros for, Domenico Berardi and Willian, ruled out because of his high price tag. 

Barcelona do not want to make the same mistakes a last season. That was when they signed Kevin-Prince Boateng. As a result, if they do not find a proven goalscorer, they will not spend any money on anyone. 

In the meantime, Barca have got back Ousmane Dembele back from injury. The French winger could become Quique Satien's main man.
