Despite Chelsea's suspension, Juventus are keeping a close eye on a number of very interesting players. These are Rudiger, Pulisic, Ziyech and Jorginho.

Chelsea received some very bad news on Thursday. The UK decided to sanction the club and its Russian chairman Roman Abramovich, so they will not be able to make any transfers or move their accounts.

In terms of incoming and outgoing players, everything is frozen, but that does not stop the big clubs in Europe looking at some players who, for one reason or another, could leave the Blue when the punishment is lifted.
