Sporting Lisbon join Premier League clubs in race for Vitor Roque

During the last winter transfer window, Vitor Roque arrived at Barcelona, but his time at the club could soon come to an end. The Catalan club, although they have full confidence in his talent, are considering selling him to make a profit on his sale and save his salary.

Journalist Matteo Moretto claims that Sporting Lisbon are the latest team to show interest in his services. The Portuguese side have reportedly already begun talks with Barcelona about his transfer.

At Camp Nou, at least for the moment, they have no place for the former Athletico Paranaense player, so they would welcome a move away. According to 'Sport', they are looking to get between 30 and 35 million euros for him.

The bidding is on and, besides Sporting Lisbon, there are other clubs interested in England. Bournemouth and Everton are also keeping an eye on his situation. The Toffees have already made an offer for the Brazilian, which, however, did not satisfy Barcelona.

The Catalan giants know that their forward is a big name and, whoever wants to take him, will have to pay the board's asking price. We will see which of the three candidates meets the economic demands of the Catalan team.
