It's not considered one of the biggest events of the sporting calander. However, a city showdown between Real and Atletico Madrid on August 15 would have appealed to a vast majoirty.
That was until UEFA revealed that Estonia would be the country hosting the finale, at a stadium that many would've considered too small.
The A. Le Coq Arena orginally had a capacity of 10,500 but was increased by 4,500 to host the European fixture. Work included the introduction of a main entrance building, a roof and extra seats.
Nonetheless, comparing its capacity to that of the Santiago Bernabeu (80,000) and the Wanda Metropolitano (70,000), one can understand fans' frustrations.
Especially considering some of the seat allocation will go to coporate companies, leaving both clubs with just a small number to offer to supporters.
