It was a scissor-kick from Brazil striker Richarlison, and the second he scored in the game against Serbia in the group stages, which has been chosen as the best of the World Cup which recently took place in Qatar. This award has been given out thanks to a fans' vote after FIFA put out a survey.
The goal in question came in the 73rd minute, when Richarlison controlled a Vinicius cross from the left wing, and then finished from the penalty spot after a scissor-kick, taking it past Milinkovic-Savic, who was helpless to do anything.
That goal, together with the one he scored previously in the 62nd minute, gave Brazil the 2-0 victory in their first game of the tournament and sent them on their way to the last-16 as first in their group.
Despite being one of the favourites for the tournament, Brazil ended up going out in the quarter-finals against Croatia on penalties.
