Pierre-Gabriel arrives on loan at Espanyol

Full-back Ronael Pierre-Gabriel will play on loan at RCD Espanyol until 30th June. The deal is already closed between the Spanish club and FSV Mainz 05.

In addition, Espanyol have confirmed that they will be able to sign him at the end of the season as the contract has an option to buy.

Pierre-Gabriel will be presented with Espanyol next Monday at 13.30 CET at the RCDE Stadium. However, he will not be able to play in the match against Athletic on Wednesday.

The footballer is 'owned' by Mainz 05, who have loaned him out to Monaco and Stade de Brest over the last two seasons. The defender has played 14 competitive matches in Ligue 1 this season.
