Barca and Chelsea fought until the death for Sevillian Jules Kounde. The footballer himself always had it clear, he wanted to go to the Camp Nou. This Thursday, 'Los Cules' announced an agreement in principle with Sevilla for the centre back.
Gary Neville, Manchester United legend and ex-Valencia manager scorned Barcelona for their most recent activity in the transfer market. He sent a message of warning to their new signing.
"Does he know he doesn’t get paid his full wages if they want rid of him??" tweeted Gary Neville, alluding clearly to Frenkie de Jong's current predicament at the club. Barcelona want to move the centre midfielder on as they need to reduce their wage bill but the player does not want to leave the Catalan capital.
This is not the first time that Neville has hit out at 'Los Azulgranas'. Only a few days ago he branded their transfer activity as "immoral".
