Madrid injury update with Bellingham's shoulder problems back

Following Saturday's win over Espanyol Real Madrid return to action on Tuesday when they host Alaves at the Santiago Bernabeu.

Los Blancos are expected to save Dani Carvajal for the game as he was suffering from discomfort and had to be substituted in the game against the Catalans.

Tuesday's session saw Bellingham wearing a shoulder brace, which has been a problem for the past year, although this has not prevented the England midfielder from training normally with the rest of his team-mates.

Brahim Diaz is still recovering from an abductor muscle injury and Camavinga is out with a sprained knee, while David Alaba, who was expected to be fit in November, is unlikely to return to action until 2025.  

On the bright side for Los Merengues, Dani Ceballos is back on the pitch after spraining his ankle against Real Betis on 1 September, so with a team with so many absentees Ancelotti will surely be pleased to have the Andalusian back in training.
