After the game between Serbia and Switzerland in Group G matchday three of the World Cup, Serbian manager Dragan Stojkovic was accused of racism in Kosovo, the ex-Yugoslavia Republic country which was the origin of Shaqiri and Xhaka.
After seeing pictures of the game, the Serbia boss appeared to make gestures while celebrating the second goal, which meant his team was back in it. That is why the Kosovan Minister for Foreign Affairs, Meliza Haradinaj, has asked that FIFA do something.
According to the politician, Stojkovic used offensive and sexist words against Albanians and Kosovans. She also complained that the Serbians "don't even known how to lose at football".
Kosovo also gave their own version. After the game, the president Vjosa Osmani posted a photos of the two Swiss players celebrating with an offensive gesture for Serbians.
