Italian Juventus striker Moise Kean will arrive in Madrid next weekend, or Monday at the latest, to undergo medical tests before becoming a new player for Diego Simeone's side until the end of the season, Italian media report.
Kean will arrive at Atletico on loan, after a poor first season at Juve, without scoring goals, with the intention of gaining experience and increasing his value by playing in Europe. The loan will be for 6 months and 500,000 euros, without a buy option, according to the same sources.
If confirmed, it would undoubtedly be the best news for the player, who has already rejected up to 3 teams while waiting for the call from Atletico, which, finally, would have happened.
Although in recent months the coach of the Turin club, Massimiliano Allegri, has counted on Kean, who has played up to 6 consecutive games as a starter, the recent breakthrough of the Turkish Kenan Yildiz reduces his chances of playing time at Juve.
The player has a contract with the 'Bianconeri' until 30 June 2025 with a salary of 2.5 million per season and the intention of his club is to negotiate the possible renewal after the loan, when he will also evaluate the offers that exist for him.
