"I will make the right decision in January" - Kimmich fuels transfer rumours

Joshua Kimmich's contract with Bayern Munich expires in June 2025, so the German midfielder can leave as a free agent at the end of the season if that is what he wants. In fact, several teams have the Bayern star on their radar as it would be a bargain to sign him without having to pay transfer fees.

A few weeks ago Bayern Munich sporting director Max Eberl said he had to decide whether he wanted to become a club legend or leave to try his luck at another club. In fact, according to reports in Germany, the Bavarian club clearly wants to renew the Germany international, although it is not just up to them. 

The latest to add fuel to the rumours of a possible exit has been the player himself, who told 'ZDF' that he does not want to wait until the summer to find out what his next move will be, so he will make a decision in January. 

"I will not wait until summer. I will sit down in winter and then try to see the bigger picture. In January, I will make the right decision," he said.
