Griezmann to sign Atletico extension

Atletico Madrid are looking to tie down Antoine Griezmann and are set to present him with a long-term contract extension this summer.

Last season the Frenchman was Diego Simeone's most offensive weapon scoring 32 goals in all competitions and helping the club reach the final of the Champions League.

Griezmann's current contract runs till 2020 and Atletico are looking to commence negotiations after Euro 2016, where Griezmann will be a key player in the host nation's push for European glory.
