Not long afterwards, Tato Aguilera, of 'TyC Sports', reported that the whole Boca team went to the police station to clear up what happened. The plan was to prevent anyone being arrested.
The situation is a difficult one. 'ESPN' went further than that and the police charged eight footballers: Villa, Zambrano, Rojo, Izquierdoz, Garcia, Gayoso, Somoza and Cascini. In one video, former Man Utd player Marcos Rojo is seen punching a security guard in the tunnel.
Those players gave a statement without breaking the bubble. Nobody got down from the bus and the consul asked the relevant questions.
The delay in the police station forced the club to delay their return to Buenos Aires until Wednesday, Journalist Leandro Aguilera says no one will be arrested.
