Diego Armando Maradona has passed away. He was not in the best of health and he suffered a cardiac arrest which he was unable to get over. The world of football reacted with sadness, tears and pain at his death. He was the Gimnasia La Plata coach and his name will live on in footballing history.
The Argentinian FA wrote: "The Argentinian FA, through its president Claudio Tapia, expresses its deepest pain at the death of our legend Diego Maradona. You'll always be in our hearts."
