Santiago Arias, 28, could leave Spain for the Premier League as Everton are following him very closely.
According to 'Goal', the Toffees have now asked about the defender to see whether they could sign him. And Atletico's reponse has apparently been that they want 15 million euros if they are to let him go.
The Colombian, who arrived at Atletico in the 2018-19 season from PSV, had not played much. He has played just 12 matches in all competitions.
And although Santiago Arias is wanted by Simeone, he is one of the club's players who is most likely to leave.
There are several factors in Everton's favour. The full back, well liked by Ancelotti, would play alongside his compatriot Yerry Mina and knows Marcel Brands, Everton's sporting director, well. They werte together at PSV.
It is worth highlighting that, up to now, Everton have not made any offer for Santiago Arias, whose contract at Atletico runs until June 2023.
