Arsenal blew the Premier League title race wide open as Gabriel Martinelli punished a howler from Liverpool keeper Alisson Becker to inspire a crucial 3-1 win over the leaders on Sunday.
The Gunners have been heavily criticised on social media for overdoing the celebrations for Sunday's win, which also involves coach Mikel Arteta, who was enjoying his side's victory like a player.
"Listen, that’s why I’ve got to shut it all down in a respectful way, I’d say. The celebrations and all, that is all nice but for many years, we’ve always been a team, our fans have spoken about it and the gaffer himself, you know, the way he fist bumps the fans and stuff," Liverpool midfielder Curtis Jones said in an interview for the 'BBC'.
The 23-year-old went on to add: "That’s kind of like our thing. So if they want to be stealing our stuff, then it shows that we’re on the right path and we’ve got these who are copying us," he added.
