Chelsea's Koulibaly to Al Hilal imminent

After being strongly linked to a move to Saudi Arabia, Chelsea's Kalidou Koulibaly has been spotted in the Gulf state. He is one of several players making an exit from the club, as they look to cut their wage bill.

The Sengalese international played just one season in London, after making a £34 million move last summer from Napoli. The rumours of his move to Al Hilal are looking more and more credible, as on Saturday journalist Fabrizio Romano posted a video by 'Taggat' that showed the defender leaving his medicals with the Saudi club.

The transfer specialist also wrote that the fee will be around €23 million for the player that made 32 appearances for the Blues this season. He joins Wolves' Ruben Neves, who announced yesterday that he would also be joining the same Saudi side.

Plenty of other stars from Chelsea are looking at moves out of the Premier League: keeper Edouard Mendy is close to signing with Al-Ahli reports say, Hakim Ziyech has been linked to Al-Nassr and N'Golo Kante has already completed his move to Saudi league champions Al-Ittihad.
