According to the programa 'El Larguero' on 'Cadena SER', the Spanish Football Federation got in contact with Iker Casillas to give him an emotional tribute in the match between Spain and Sweden on 10th June at the Santiago Bernabeu.
But, according to 'Sport' this Thursday, he has rejected the tribute because he says that he is well and he does not want to become the centre of attention.
And the thing is Casilas considers that there is no reason for him to receive a tribute because he feels fully fit and has still not decided whether he will hang up his boots or not after the heart attack he suffered duraten a training session last month for Porto.
"I will have to retire one day. Let me announce the news when the time is right. At the moment, please be calm," said Casillas on a previous occasion.
