  • PRVW
Brighton possible lineup (4-2-3-1): Verbruggen (GK): Veltman, Van Hecke, Webster, Lamptey; Baleba, Ayari; Minteh, Rutter, Mitoma; Pedro.
  • PRVW
With that all settled, let's warm things up with some possible lineups!!
  • PRVW
Maresca is expected to welcome back Robert Sanchez, Marc Cucurella and Moises Caicedo in the Premier League after the trio made their returns in the FA Cup against Brighton. While the latter two are expected to start again tonight, Sanchez is set to see out the bench after the Italian manager confirmed Filip Jorgensen's role as first-choice goalkeeper.
  • PRVW
The Blues are also without Marc Guiu due to the same injury Romeo Lavia, Benoit Badiashile and Wesley Fofana are the long-term absentees from the defensive half of the pitch. Mykhailo Mudryk is still ruled out with a suspension after failing a drugs test.
  • PRVW
As for Chelsea, Nicolas Jackson handed his side a significant injury blow as the striker is expected to be out until after the March international break with a hamstring injury.
  • PRVW
Mats Wieffer could be back in the matchday squad for the home side, but his chances of featuring are slim given that he has been missing since before Christmas with a thigh injury.
  • PRVW
Brighton are expected to count the absences of Jason Steele, Pervis Estupinan, Ferdi Kadioglu, Igor Julio and James Milner with injuries, while Lewis Dunk remains in doubt to feature after his injury in last weekend's FA Cup duel.
  • PRVW
But with an extended injury list on both ends, the two sides will have to fight extra hard for points at the Amex Stadium.
  • PRVW
Meanwhile, Birghton's FA Cup win in the fourth round was just a consolation after their 7-0 humiliation at Nottingham Forest in the Premier League. Should they secure a win tonight, they would overtake Fulham to sit in joint-8th alongside Aston Villa.
  • PRVW
They were victorious last time out in the league thanks to their win over West Ham. A win for the Blues tonight would see them stay in 4th four at least another weekend.
  • PRVW
While sitting further up in the table, Chelsea's recent form leaves fans with much to worry about. The English capital side have won just three of their last ten matches in all competitions, none of which have come away from Stamford Bridge.
  • PRVW
The hosts will now be looking to inflict more pain on the Blues, who are hoping to end the campaign with a top-four finish. Chelsea are currently on track to reach their goal as they sit fourth with 43 points, two ahead of Manchester City. Huerzeler's side, on the other hand, find themselves right in the middle of the standings as they sit in 10th with 34 points.
  • PRVW
Brighton and Chelsea meet again - this time in the Premier League - after last week's FA Cup exit. The Seagulls knocked Enzo Maresca's men out of the tournament thanks to Kaoru Mitoma's winner, which sealed a 2-1 win for the home side.
