Brentford goalie Raya close to joining Tottenham

Tottenham Hotspur are aware of Hugo Lloris' situation and are already looking for possible replacements. Spurs want to sign Brentford goalkeeper David Raya for next season.

According to journalist Fabrizio Romano, Ange Postecoglou's side are close to agreeing a deal for the Spaniard to join in the summer.

Nevertheless, the same media outlet claims that negotiations have not been easy as Brentford are asking 40 million euros for the Spain international but Daniel Levy believes this figure is too high.

The 27-year-old has played a key role in Brentford's success this season. The English side are in ninth place, two points behind Aston Villa in the Premier League.
