Things started badly for Italy in the Euro 2020 final. England, inside two minutes, took the lead after a good goal by Luke Shaw.
Southgate's men had a great first half and they went into half-time ahead and looking dangerous. They had the better chances, apart from in the last 10-15 minutes.
In the second half, things got better for the Italians and it changed. Manciini brought on fresh legs and after several attempts, the central defender acted as a goal poacher to make it 1-1.
Leonardo Bonucci scored on the rebound after Pickford made a terrific save onto the post from Verratti's header.
That was a great reaction from Italy, who fought back to make it 1-1 with just over 20 minutes to go.
