Neuer suffered a serious injury to his right leg while skiing in December after the World Cup in Qatar. That has triggered a series of difficulties that cloud much of the future for both parties.
German reports suggest that the Bavarian club are already considering a future without the goalkeeper in their ranks, given the possibility that Neuer may not recover well from the serious injury.
That injury could have a knock-on effect on him, and Bayern have already considered a number of names to try to strengthen their squad for 2023. Yann Sommer, the most liked, could arrive from Borussia Monchengladbach for around ten million euros.
Livakovic, Bono, Keylor Navas and Dibu Martinez are among the other players being considered by Bayern's board, who are also considering the return of Alex Nubel from Monaco.
