Bastoni to stay at Inter Milan

Tottenham, one of the Premier League teams Alessandro Bastoni was linked with, according to the English media, have failed in their bid to get the player. 

Tinti, the footballer's agent, made a series of comments which journalist Gianluca Di Marzio reported in which he made Inter Milan's intention very clear with regards to Bastoni. 

"He's happy with Inter, there's no problem. New contract for him? I respect contracts, if they call me, we'll see, Tinti said. 

The Inter centre-back is in his fourth season at the Italian side. He has made 13 appearances this season between Serie A and the Champions League.
