Barcelona to decide 'right time' for Ter Stegen to return, says Flick

Marc-Andre Ter Stegen can now see the light at the end of what has been a long recovery after the German goalkeeper suffered a serious knee injury against Villarreal in late September.
The 32-year-old goalkeeper has spent the entire season on the sidelines but is "ready" to make his comeback, Barca coach Hansi Flick has confirmed.
The German coach told the press conference ahead of the La Liga match between the “Cules” and Mallorca that he will wait to talk to the goalkeeper and decide when the time is right for him to return to the Barcelona goal.
"Ter Stegen is ready. We have to talk about what we want to do," he said. "So we have to wait and decide when the right time is for him to come back," he concluded.
The German goalkeeper has always been the 'Cules' first choice goalkeeper, but the good performances of Szczesny in recent months could complicate things for him when it comes to regaining his role as the undisputed starter.
