Brazil midfielder Bruno Guimaraes spoke to the press after Brazil's win and qualification to the World Cup last-16. The Newcastle player went on about Casemiro's great goal, and revealed that they were nervous during certain parts of the game.

Burno Guimaraes, who played his first World Cup game on Monday, praised Casemiro's goal, which game them victory against Switzerland, saying it was a "great goal", and that it was key because it calmed their nerves.

"Of course it's clear we were nervous", Guimaraes said to the press. "We were a bit nervous because it's a World Cup. It's normal".

"It was really important for us to get that goal because it calmed our nerves. We're now really calm and through to the last-16. Casemiro's goal was great, really beautiful. He's a great player. We're really happy to be through already. We've achieved our first goal, we've now got to go after top spot", the Newcastle player added.

Guimaraes, after playing for the first time in a World Cup with Brazil, remembered, in front the press, that the first World Cup he saw was South Korea in 2002, when he was five.

"My World Cup debut was special. I was nervous and I think the first ball I touched I lost actually, but now it's about getting used to it with more work", he added.
