Have you ever seen a linesman been sent off? Well, that is what happened in a Scottish Premiership match in 2017. He was shown the red card by the referee.
A bizarre story from Scotland 2 years ago. During a Scottish Premiership between Kilmarnock and Dundee, the assistant referee was sick on the park! Kilmarnock's Jordan Jones went to take a corner and had to comfort the assistant who was sick on the sidelines.
Referee Craig Thomson came over and had no sympathy. He showed the red card the linesman and obviously saw the funny side. Have a look at the incident below.
Dundee won the match 1-0 through a Marcus Haber goal.
