Chelsea defender Wesley Fofana was out of action with a knee injury but the 22-year-old is now back in training. "It's good to be back with the team," he said.

Chelsea defender Wesley Fofana signed a seven-year deal at Stamford Bridge in the last summer transfer window. However, the 22-year-old has not been able to show his performances because he has been out of action due to injury.

Nevertheless, Fofana has returned to training and gave an interview to his current club's press to discuss his condition: "Yeah, it's very good. I'm back now. I'm fit. It's good to be back with the team. I'm very happy.

"I played two games. I tried to help the team, to the maximum and I'm very happy and now I push more to stay fit. I was substituted on for two games. I come in the game and I'm very happy," he added.

"I tried to help to the team and the feeling is very, very good because four months I was injured. Four months is very long. It's very hard. Mentally is very hard but I stay calm. I stay focused and now I'm back," he concluded.
